I am a freelance graphic designer, and web designer too, based in Southampton, Hampshire, though I have had clients throughout Surrey, Berkshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.

The Process
Initial Telephone Consultation
To get the ball rolling, I will contact you by phone to arrange a time when both of us can talk for 10 minutes. When this is done, a brief telephone consultation will commence in order to establish your needs as a client and my ability to fulfil those needs as a designer.
Face to Face Consultation
If we proceed from step one to step two then we shall be meeting face to face for the first time. At this point we will have already established what you need and what I can do for you. In this meeting we will talk more about what you are trying to achieve and what it will cost you. We will also review your competition. By now I will have put a price on the table.
Initial Mock
If you've agreed to take on my services then we will have reached the initial moch stage by now. I will produce a couple of wireframe designs/sketches and sent them to you for approval. At each stage you will be updated with progress and visuals until the completion stage.
Completion
By now, the work is nearly done. At completion I will sit down with you and go through what has been completed, asking for your approval for various elements of the project. If changes are required then they will be done. The work will not be published until your full approval is granted, at which stage the website will be published / brochure will be sent to print etc.
